Our organization is an independent Contract Research Organization based in the United States that offers pre-clinical drug services in state-of-the art, GLP certified research sites in Eastern Europe. Our research facilities are sponsored by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and offer support for commercial development of new medicine discoveries as part of their main purpose. Our business was created to offer the high quality, low-cost services of these facilities to new bio-tech companies in the United States and Europe, thereby providing them with an attractive option for promoting development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We offer a wide range of pre-clinical services including medicine safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bio-equivalence , and extensive in vivo and in vitro screening for anti-cancer activity.
Our pre-clinical Contract Research Organization is able to price pre-clinical services far below other CROs because we have a very low overhead in the U.S. and conduct all research in Ukraine where personnel and laboratory costs are much lower. Our staff in the USA is comprised of only of the company principals who deal directly with clients; we have no marketing costs other than our website, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase costs. We have much lower study conduct costs in Kiev, UA due to much lower personnel rates and are able to offer our best rates for longer and more intricate preclinical studies where labor is the greatest portion of the overall cost. Because we use the same stable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we have no cost advantage on these items and thus less overall cost advantage for very short-term preclinical studies. But, regardless of your study protocol and duration, our goal is to give our customers the best possible value for their investment.
